Ken and his group were an answer to prayers for our family. My Thai mother-in-law was visiting and some chest pains turned into emergency quadruple bypass. Ken negotiated with all the providers and got the costs down enough we could afford to pay the bills. It took 6 months but we now have paid in full statements from everyone. Ken took away all the stress and handled everything. I recommend him and his company.

After having a surgery I found out, after the fact, that the insurance that I had was a "junk" insurance and they found a loophole so they were able to deny any of the hospital bills I incurred. This total was over $100,000.00. To say I was a little distressed is an understatement. I knew there was no way I was going to be able to navigate this myself so I started to google looking for people that do this kind of thing. I found Human Health Advocates and read through a bunch of the reviews. I reached out to Kenneth and he responded right away. After 5 mins of an almost hour long phone call I knew I had found the right person for the job!
He gave me very clear expectations of what to expect and what kind of timeline I should expect. He also laid out a work scope that I could do myself to try and keep costs down.
After Kenneth got to work, I found all the stress I had been feeling fade away knowing that I knew I was in good hands and was able to focus on my normal job.
Kenneth constantly updated me, even after going through some personnel struggles himself. I found him not only very professional but also very compassionate to my situation.

Kenneth Klein and his staff at Human Health Advocates are the most knowledgeable, professional, kindest and hardest workers I have met in the business world. Equally fortunate for myself and all his clients is their aggressiveness in fighting for our cause. We get the so called lamb but they fight like a lion for our rights. Almost 2 years ago and ot of the blue I found myself in a serious and costly hospital billing situation. I received a letter from a large hospital in Florida where I had surgery in late 2019, and enclosed was a statement for $56,800.00, that was according to them, my responsibility, and furthermore it was payable IMMEDIATELY! I needed serious help and fast! With luck and a prayer I found Mr. Kenneth Klein at Human Health Advocates. I turned over all the papers, records, and receipts to him. He discovered that besides this issue being terribly wrong that I was ever billed for this, Kenneth and his team discovered that the hospital and parent group were acting in many fraudulent ways, including attempts at covering up their wrongdoing. I had originally thought that fighting three large entities was going to be impossible. But I had the Pitbull of a Health Advocate on my side. Several months ago Kenneth called me and told me three things. 1) It is Done, it is OVER! 2) I will be receiving a new statement from the hospital, not for the $56,800.00, but a ZERO balance. and 3) The hospital will include a letter signed by the CEO that they will no longer pursue payment from me! Kenneth Klein and his staff at Human Health Advocates are TRUE HERO's for the little guys who are so easily taken advantage by big business, especially in Health Care. And for them, I am forever grateful!!!

In perhaps the luckiest Google Search I have ever done, I came across Human Health Advocates after our sister suffered a Traumatic Bran Injury in July 2020 and met Kenneth Klein. He has guided and educated our entire family through the labyrinth of billing through a month’s- long hospital stay and two subsequent rehab facilities. Through his collaboration, we saved tens of thousands of dollars along the way, all the while educating us on how the healthcare system works, providing us invaluable information to best advocate for our sister and become more savvy consumers of healthcare for ourselves. He has continued to work with our family to guide us through the never ending series of challenges, fear, and uncertainties that come with the "post hospital" phase of a loved one living with a TBI - navigating hospital bills/insurance issues, separation agreements, disability claims, and researching the best medical care while all the while providing sound advice delivered in the most calming and reassuring way that everything is going to be ok. I don't know where we would be without Kenneth and will be eternally grateful for all he has done for me and our family.

Kenneth Klein is very knowledgeable in his field and considerate of the needs of the customer's he supports. He was able to quickly resolve a billing and insurance nightmare that I had been fighting for over a year with no progress on my own. And in all communications he was very patient and sensitive to the health issues I was still facing and how that may impact my ability to understand as well as the time and accommodation I needed to do my part in providing info and reviewing the plan.
